Why BCBAs Choose MyPath?
At MyPath, BCBAs are treated as clinical leaders, not billable units. We remove the administrative pressure so you can focus on outcomes, collaboration, and long-term career growth while still maintaining work-life balance and financial stability.
Traditional Clinic-Based BCBA:

Income tied to attendance — lost pay when clients cancel or no-show

Limited or no benefits — often no retirement plan, maternity leave, or long-term security
BCBA at MyPath:
No billable hours — focus on clinical quality, not time tracking
Consistent paycheck — stable caseloads and clients available during scheduled hours
Flexible scheduling — autonomy to flex time while maintaining structure
Stable home base & office — predictable work environment
Collaborative model — work cross-functionally with nursing, health, and other interdisciplinary teams
