Position Summary
The BCBA plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services at our Mesa Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Growth-driven BCBAs stepping into the senior leadership tier will also collaborate on clinical workflows and team mentorship.
Note: Our commitment to quality means your BCBA caseload is capped at no more than 12 clients at a time—approximately half of the industry standard. Pre-Certified and newly licensed BCBAs are strongly encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities
Assessment: Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on detailed assessment results.
Supervision & Training: Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and team members, fostering a successful and supportive environment.
Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate client progress diligently through continuous data collection and analysis.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
