Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for the clinical oversight of a manageable caseload (typically 10 full-time clients). Supervision and Training
Oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring treatment fidelity according to BACB guidelines.
Collaborate with a dedicated Lead Therapist who assists with session prep and material retrieval.
Data Analysis and Collaboration
Diligently monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention strategies.
Work closely with families, teachers, and medical professionals to provide a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to care.
Administrative Ease
Focus on clinical outcomes rather than logistics; simply submit worked hours and complete SOAP notes while our administrative team handles the rest.
