Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and adjust highly individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on data-driven research and clinical expertise.


Supervision and Training

  • Oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring treatment fidelity according to BACB guidelines.

  • Collaborate with a dedicated Lead Therapist who assists with session prep and material retrieval.


Data Analysis and Collaboration

  • Diligently monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention strategies.

  • Work closely with families, teachers, and medical professionals to provide a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to care.


Administrative Ease

  • Focus on clinical outcomes rather than logistics; simply submit worked hours and complete SOAP notes while our administrative team handles the rest.
