BCBA | Central Massachusetts

You've likely read a bunch of BCBA job postings that all sound about the same. This isn't one of them.

At Meaningful Outcomes ABA, we believe that the way an organization treats its employees directly impacts the care families receive. We're a small, growing ABA home service agency serving children and families throughout Central Massachusetts. We intentionally remain small enough to know our staff personally while building systems that allow clinicians to do their best work. Our goal has never been to become the largest agency—we want to be the agency where clinicians feel supported, respected, and proud of the work they do every day. If you're looking for a place where you are more than a productivity number, we'd love to meet you.

What Makes Meaningful Outcomes Different?

We believe:

  • Families are partners—not customers.

  • Recommended service hours are based on your clinical assessments, not on a profit margin.

  • Our BCBAs are professionals to be developed, not simply managed.

  • Clinical decisions are guided by ethics and best practice, not convenience or profit.

  • Relationships matter just as much as data.

  • Growth should never come at the expense of quality.

  • As a BCBA, you'll have the autonomy to make sound clinical decisions while knowing you'll always have support when you need it.

  • We take pride in mentoring new BCBAs.

  • Questions are welcomed.

  • Collaboration is encouraged. We believe asking for help is a sign of professionalism—not weakness.

Duties

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Provide parent and caregiver training

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on clinical data

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Practice in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and insurance requirements

What You'll Find Here

We understand that excellent clinical work requires more than billable hours. You'll work alongside people who genuinely care about one another and celebrate each other's successes. We believe in recognizing effort, character, and growth—not just numbers on a spreadsheet.

We Put Our Money Where Our Mouth Is:

After your interview, if you are interested, you have the option to:

  • Speak privately to any current RBT and/or BCBA to see what it is really like to work at Meaningful Outcomes ABA, and

  • Observe a home session to make sure you are comfortable with our approach

  • Reliability/Attendance Awards

  • Paid health club membership support

  • Paid family flex time

  • Paid holidays

  • Paid Vacation and sick time

Meaningful Outcomes ABA

Central Massachusetts

Job Description

About the Company

Meaningful Outcomes ABA is committed to focusing on ethics, meaningful outcomes for clients and families, staff support, family involvement, excellent training and mentorship, cultural humility, and compassion. We provide in-home and community-based therapy to children ages 3-18 with Autism and/or Down Syndrome, including cases where co-occurring conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, communication disorders, and global developmental delays are present. Therapy sessions are always designed to be fun for the child, and much of our teaching is play-based.  We provide face-to-face direct services and in-person clinical services.  Telehealth options are available to support caregiver learning and continuity of care.

Our team of highly skilled and experienced clinicians provides comprehensive treatment, focused behavior support, and family‑centered coaching to strengthen communication, social development, adaptive skills, and overall independence. We are committed to a collaborative approach with family members, school staff, and other specialists.

Our team assesses each child’s needs and strengths and works with each family to determine their priorities, immediate goals, and overall vision for their child. We then develop personalized treatment plans designed to increase communication and improve social interaction skills while also decreasing challenging behaviors and teaching more desirable behaviors.  There are no cookie-cutter recommendations:  as a BCBA you make the decisions about goals and intensity of services.  We always place client needs above profit.
