ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans 

  • Create, implement, monitor, and modify behavior-analytic programming 

  • Provide direct clinical services and protocol modification 

  • Analyze client data and make data-informed treatment decisions 

  • Train and provide ongoing support to RBTs, behavior technicians, and caregivers 

  • Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families regarding treatment progress 

  • Complete supervision, session documentation, reassessments, and authorization-related clinical reports 

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, school teams, and other professionals involved in the client’s care 

  • Ensure services remain ethical, medically necessary, individualized, and consistent with payer and BACB requirements 

  • Promote functional communication, independence, emotional safety, and socially meaningful outcomes
