ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Create, implement, monitor, and modify behavior-analytic programming
Provide direct clinical services and protocol modification
Analyze client data and make data-informed treatment decisions
Train and provide ongoing support to RBTs, behavior technicians, and caregivers
Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families regarding treatment progress
Complete supervision, session documentation, reassessments, and authorization-related clinical reports
Collaborate with clinical leadership, school teams, and other professionals involved in the client’s care
Ensure services remain ethical, medically necessary, individualized, and consistent with payer and BACB requirements
Promote functional communication, independence, emotional safety, and socially meaningful outcomes
