JOB SUMMARY: 

The role of the BCBA is to provide therapy services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The position involves the assessment, development, implementation, training, supervision, and monitoring of home, school and clinic based ABA programs.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Reports to Chief Clinical Officer 


2. Meet regularly with Chief Clinical Officer and notifies her immediately of issues impacting client’s progress 


3. Lead Supervisor on each case 


4. Supervise BCaBAs and Behavior Technicians implementing ABA based treatment plans 


5. Administer, conduct, evaluate and supervise the implementation of behavioral/preference assessment 


6. Design data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on treatment plan objectives 


7. Ongoing monitoring, implementation and revision of behavior plans to ensure all behavior and skill acquisition needs are addressed, ensuring efficacy of methods 


8. Responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting weekly supervision meetings 


9. Attend all staff meetings as scheduled 


10. Completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner 


11. Collaborate with client’s support team members and attend school meetings, as needed 


12. Review client's program book and develop/create teaching materials 


13. Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients 


14. Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients 


15. Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education 


16. Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures 


17. Maintain clean and neat work environment 


18. Maintain current CPR certification

About the Company

ABA Therapy Solutions utilizes evidenced based Applied Behavior Analysis as the foundation for our treatment programs. Each program is designed by either a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst who is extensively trained to treat children with developmental disabilities.  


All treatment plans are implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians who are certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and are at minimum working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in either Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field.
