VBC Pre-Conference In-Person and Virtual Workshop with Dr. Emily Kerwin and Gina Zecchin-Tirri
This workshop is designed for clinicians interested in deepening their knowledge of how to develop instructional programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities based on B.F. Skinner's analysis of verbal behavior and related work by Jack Michael, Mark Sundberg, Vincent Carbone and others. Participants in this workshop will learn how to interpret the results of the VB-MAPP and use the results to develop language programs for early and intermediate learners. Through discussion, and small group hands-on activities, participants will be guided through goal selection, target identification, and determination of effective teaching procedures.
