Remote BCBA Supervisor Database
Are you seeking a BCBA Supervisor for remote fieldwork supervision or BCBA mentorship?
If your current workplace does not offer supervision, or you're looking to supplement in-house supervision with additional hours, you're in the right place! The following list contains supervisors who offer virtual BCBA supervision and/or mentorship.
Important note: If your state does not have licensure requirements mandating that your supervisor be licensed in your state, you should be able to choose any supervisor, regardless of where they're located. Discuss this further with supervisors who you're interested in working with. You can learn more about state licensure here.
Disclaimers: This is informational only. ABA Resource Center does not necessarily endorse any of these companies or supervisors. Please do your due diligence in selecting a supervisor, ensuring they are board certified, qualified to supervise, have the necessary state licensure (if applicable), and can meet your individual needs. Also, please note that supervision rates may be subject to change and this database is not always guaranteed to be updated as changes are made.

More Information
I have been working in the field of social services since 1986. I was credentialed as a BCBA in 2010. I came to the field of behavior science as a direct service professional, working with children and adults with disabilities and their families. My personal and professional experiences have taught me how to integrate our science ethically and effectively into a functional practice. I have experience supporting learners of all ages, in a variety of settings.
I have used OBM in leadership roles outside the field of ABA. I focus on supporting students who want to accrue unrestricted hours because I think that better prepares students for a broad scope of competency and helps protect against professional burnout. It is also a more cost-effective approach to spending your fieldwork supervision budget. Feel free to check out my website for more information about me. Outreach for a free consultation. Good luck and have fun on your journey!

Experienced BCBA Specializing in Supervision and Training!!
I have been certified as a BCBA since 2010, and have worked with individuals with challenging behaviors in clinics, schools, homes and in community settings. Most of my experience is in early intensive behavior intervention for children with ASD or other developmental disabilities, but I have worked with individuals of all ages. I have previously held Clinical Director and Training Specialist Roles for large ABA Clinics; however, in the past 4 years, I have focused on providing Supervision, Mentorship and Consultation to BCBAs, RBTs and those completing BABC Fieldwork prior to certification.
I deliver informative, individualized and complete supervision to Trainees in both 1:1 and Group Supervision Formats. Group Supervision is offered 5 times per month with 1 hour sessions covering task list materials. Individual Supervision sessions can be between 15-90minutes in length and will help relate Client activities to appropriate BACB Fieldwork Experience Hours.
I also have experience and an ABA certification in OBM and can supervise individuals working in OBM settings.

With over five years of dedicated experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, I bring a comprehensive and resourceful approach to supervising individuals pursuing their BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT certification. My journey began as an RBT, where I gained hands-on experience delivering direct care, managing complex behaviors, and understanding the daily realities of the role. Advancing to a BCBA and later becoming a business owner has given me a uniquely well-rounded perspective that I bring into every supervisory relationship.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients across ages, diagnoses, and behavioral needs, allowing me to guide trainees through real-world application rather than theoretical concepts alone. My clinical experience spans home-based services, school settings, clinic-based intervention, and community programs, which enables me to teach flexibility, ethical decision-making, and creative problem-solving in varied environments.
As a business owner, I offer mentorship that goes beyond clinical competence. For those interested in eventually opening their own practice, I provide insight into operational management, compliance, clinical oversight, staff training, and ethical leadership, helping future practitioners understand the full scope of professional responsibility in ABA.
My supervisory style emphasizes:
• Clear, open, and consistent communication
• Hands-on experience, shadowing, modeling, and real-world practice
• Structured feedback that builds confidence and strengthens clinical judgment
• Exposure to multiple settings and client profiles
• Ethics-driven decision-making
• Professional development, including documentation, assessments, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration
My goal is to ensure that every person I supervise gains all the tools, confidence, and competencies needed to become an exceptional practitioner. I believe in teaching through experience, fostering independence, and helping future behavior analysts build not only strong clinical skills but also the professionalism and integrity required to excel in this field.
