Board Certified Behavior Analyst: Spanish Fort, Alabama
A newly established clinic in Baldwin County, Alabama looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You would be instrumental in delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ranging from 18 months to 18 years old. Your expertise would guide the development and implementation of personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), while working closely with families, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team, all under the direction of our experienced Clinical Director. Your work would directly impact the lives of individuals with autism, helping them achieve their fullest potential.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary; $65k - $85k (based on experience and caseload)
