Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Treatment Design: Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
Program Development: Design and implement individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to the client’s needs.
Supervision and Training: Supervise, train, implement, and monitor the progress of ABA technicians (RBTs), modeling and ensuring the consistent delivery of care.
Data Analysis & Modification: Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
Family Collaboration: Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
Service Delivery: Deliver individually tailored treatment plans with compassion across various settings, including center, home, and school-based services.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Travel Requirement: Up to 25% travel.
