We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, CA. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, providing training and supervision to RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the highest standards of care. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. 

  • Implement and supervise ABA programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness. 

  • Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other support staff. 

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed based on data and outcomes. 

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support the implementation of treatment plans. 

  • Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions to promote skill generalization and family involvement.

  • $3,000.00 sign on bonus. $1,500 at 90 and 180 days

  • Federal Mileage Reimbursement 

  • Technology Stipend up to $480.00 Annually/Paid Semi Monthly
