Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and flexible BCBA to join our virtual team and deliver high-quality caregiver coaching and behavior analytic services through telehealth. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a collaborative, caregiver-focused model and enjoy supporting families in achieving meaningful change at home.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct virtual parent training and caregiver coaching aligned with individualized family goals.
Conduct appropriate assessments such as the MOTAS, VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.; write behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and develop parent-focused treatment plans.
Collaborate with caregivers and provide education to teach behavior change strategies and monitor progress.
Maintain documentation and data collection in accordance with funding sources, ethical standards, and company policy.
Participate in virtual team meetings, professional development opportunities, and clinical case reviews.
Maintain timely communication with caregivers, coordinators, and Brighter Behaviors’ leadership.
Assist with treatment planning and quarterly progress reports for CLTS waiver services.

Requirements
Active BCBA credential
BCBA licensure in the state of Wisconsin and current resident of Wisconsin
Reliable internet connection and personal computer
Private workspace to provide telehealth services
Minimum 3 years of experience in ABA, including experience with parent training and telehealth preferred.
