Location: Our beautiful clinic in Los Angeles, CA ***Also hiring a BCBA in our Whittier, Burbank, Calabasas, Rosemead, Covina, Torrance, and Pasadena clinics!
A Day in the life of a BCBA:
Assessment and Analysis: Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Implementation and Supervision: Collaborate closely with Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing supervision and training to expand your reach.
Data Collection and Analysis: Use evidence-based methods to track progress, assess results, and make informed adjustments to interventions based on data analysis.
Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and clinicians, to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients and their families.
Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 + Competitive Monthly Bonus
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
Advanced knowledge about autism spectrum disorder
Legal authorization to work in the United States
CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults
Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
Bilingual (preferred)
