Position Overview:
The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring that ABA therapy services are delivered with excellence while maintaining operational efficiency. This role includes managing a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, overseeing client care, and ensuring adherence to billable hour targets and company policies. The Clinical Director serves as a key leader in fostering a culture of excellence, guiding team members in their professional development, and driving the success of Triangle ABA's mission and strategic goals.
Compensation and Bonus Structure:
Salary of $110,000 Annually
Performance bonuses tied to:
Clinical outcomes across the caseload.
Development and performance of assigned pod staff.
Strategic contributions to company goals, such as growth initiatives and recruitment efforts.
Requirements
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience managing clinical teams in a high-growth ABA clinic.
Proficiency with CentralReach or similar ABA data management systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling sensitive staff and client issues.
Experience in policy creation, performance management, and team leadership.
Competencies Required:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to align clinical goals with the company’s strategy.
