What You’ll Do:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop and update individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision to RBTs and direct support staff
Collaborate with families, schools, and support teams
Maintain clinical documentation and compliance

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – active and in good standing [minimum 1 year of experience]
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Reliable, compassionate, and driven
Comfortable working independently and in client homes
