Board Certified Behavior Analyst—Macon, Georgia
The position emphasizes a combination of clinical skills, such as assessing and developing behavior interventions, and the ability to train staff and maintain communication with families. With a manageable caseload of 8-10 individuals, this role provides an opportunity to make a direct and lasting difference.
Primary Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy services to adults dually diagnosed with IDD and mental health diagnoses.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior and Crisis Intervention Plans

Requirements
• Current and active certification with the Board of Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Eligible for licensure as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in the State of Georgia
• A master’s degree
