We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and improving the lives of children with autism. What You’ll Do:


  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data and family input

  • Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support high-quality service delivery

  • Conduct skill and behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Assessments)

  • Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programs as needed

  • Train and mentor RBTs and Program Supervisors to ensure treatment fidelity

  • Conduct parent training sessions and provide regular updates on client progress

  • Collaborate with families and stakeholders to promote generalization and long-term success

  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with BACB and insurance guidelines

Requirements

  • Active BCBA license- in good standing (3+ years or more)

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical practice

  • Effective communication and leadership skills

  • Passion for helping children with autism and supporting family systems

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
