โจ Hybrid Opportunity โจ
This position is primarily on-site to support collaboration and client care. However, we know that flexibility matters โ some administrative and planning tasks may be completed remotely, allowing you to benefit from a hybrid schedule that blends in-person impact with at-home focus time.
What Youโll Do:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
Train and mentor staff to ensure quality implementation and positive outcomes.
Collaborate side by side with our clinical team โ instead of supervising Behavior Technicians, youโll focus on training and supporting them for success.
Work closely with individuals to encourage socially meaningful behaviors that help them thrive in their communities.

Requirements
Masterโs degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (completed)
BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology
At least 1 year of experience with special populations, crisis intervention, and staff training
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach
Ability to build rapport quickly and foster positive relationships
Knowledge of ABA principles, program development, and monitoring techniques
