What You’ll Do
Collaborate with your team to conduct functional behavior assessments.
Lead the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans.
Supervise BCBAs at your site, providing mentorship and leadership.
Train and coach team members to ensure success in delivering high-quality care.
Compensation & Incentives
$80,000–$85,000 salary
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Requirements
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology (required).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Experience in operational leadership within an applied setting (preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Talent for building rapport and positive relationships.
Expertise in behavior management, program development, and monitoring.
Patience, adaptability, and a customer-service mindset.
