What You’ll Do


  • Collaborate with your team to conduct functional behavior assessments.

  • Lead the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans.

  • Supervise BCBAs at your site, providing mentorship and leadership.

  • Train and coach team members to ensure success in delivering high-quality care.


Compensation & Incentives


  • $80,000–$85,000 salary

  • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

  • Monthly Service Delivery Incentive Package

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.

  • Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology (required).

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

  • Experience in operational leadership within an applied setting (preferred).
