Position Summary 


The Center Lead BCBA is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical functions of three ABA therapy clinics in Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality services for clients while driving organizational efficiency through effective scheduling, hiring, training, and process standardization. The role combines direct clinical service delivery with operational management responsibilities.  


Key Responsibilities  


Clinical Services: 


  • Supervises each client on supervisees' caseload as appropriate for proper review of BCBAs' treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and other documentation. 

  • Deliver direct and indirect ABA services, maintaining a minimum of 50% of the annual salary in revenue through billable hours. 

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Therapists (BTs), and junior clinicians to ensure effective client interventions. 

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. 

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. 

  • Conduct client intakes, reassessments, and create skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs. 

  • Model implementation of treatment plans for BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs.  


Operational Leadership: 


  • Assist leadership team with new software implementation, as well as growing and scaling company practices to new Jacksonville sites. 

  • Develop and oversee clinic schedules to optimize staff efficiency and client satisfaction. 

  • Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff, ensuring alignment with company standards. 

  • Standardize clinic operations to ensure continuity and high-quality service delivery across all locations. 

  • Assist with maintaining clinic master schedules and addressing client emergencies. 

  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.  


Management Training: 


  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for BCBAs, BCBA Interns, and management-level staff. 

  • Supervise and provide mentorship to BCBAs, BCBA Interns, and RBTs, including daily clinical guidance and support. 

  • Conduct probationary and annual reviews for clinical staff, including performance evaluations and action plans when necessary. 

  • Administer RBT and BCBA Competency assessments.  


Client and Family Engagement: 


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client families, ensuring satisfaction with services. 

  • Educate families on ABA principles and collaborate with them to achieve treatment goals. 

  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. 

  • Conduct caregiver training sessions and interdisciplinary collaboration meetings with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other care team members.


Compensation & Benefits


  • Annual base salary: $95,000 

  • Eligibility for performance bonuses based on meeting clinical and growth metrics.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA therapy, including supervisory experience (5 years preferred).

  • Proven ability to manage clinical and operational aspects of ABA therapy clinics.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with scheduling systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms.

  • Active CAQH portal account with the ability to be credentialed with insurance providers.

  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
