Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst: Saint Louis Park, Minnesota

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in St Louis Park, MN. The role involves developing and implementing behavioral programs, conducting assessments, and providing direct behavior analysis therapy. The BCBA will also be responsible for educating parents, training staff, and managing and monitoring behavior intervention plans. One part of the role will include office and client visits, while the remaining tasks can be performed from home. You'll have the opportunity to provide work direction to other staff within our clinic and help ANOD Inc provide the best care to all of our clients.  

The starting pay range for this position is $60 to $68 per hour, depending on qualifications.  

Responsibilities  

Implement treatment plan for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders or related disorders, utilizing principles of behavior analysis. This may include curriculum assessment, data collection, data analysis, task analysis, functional analysis, and goal writing. Provide work direction to direct care staff in ABA program. Participate in team meetings. Collaborate with other service providers and community partners.
