Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA): Mayport or Orange Park, Florida
Position Summary:
The BCaBA supports treatment implementation and team supervision in collaboration with a BCBA. This role includes direct service delivery, oversight of RBTs, assistance with assessments, and contributions to clinical programming and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement ABA treatment plans and monitor progress under BCBA guidance
Collect and review data to support treatment decisions
Supervise and coach assigned RBTs in alignment with BACB guidelines
Support client assessments and parent training as appropriate
Ensure timely documentation and treatment integrity
Support clinical meetings and help foster team cohesion.
Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.

Requirements
Active BCaBA certification
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field
At least one year of ABA experience
CPR and First Aid certified
Eligible for payer credentialing
Commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork.
