Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - REMOTE Part-Time

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about working with young children? Do you want a job that offers true work-life balance and the flexibility to work from home?  Inclusion ABA is a small, BCBA-owned clinic in Livingston, Texas, looking for a fully remote part-time BCBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be willing to take 2-4 clients to help us meet the demand.

Why work with us?

At Inclusion ABA, we believe in putting our people first. As a small, BCBA-owned company, we're not like the larger, private equity-backed organizations. We focus on providing high-quality ABA services to early childhood clients while creating a supportive environment for our team, no matter where you are.

Here's what sets us apart:

  • Work-life balance is a priority. Set your schedule around your life and our client's therapy schedule. Our clinic schedule is 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. There are no evenings or weekends, so you can have a life outside of work.

  • A BCBA-owned company. We get it. We understand the needs of clinicians and have streamlined our processes to reduce administrative burdens. This lets you focus on providing great clinical care, not paperwork.

  • A close-knit team. We're a small group, which means your voice is heard and your opinions matter. You'll have the chance to help shape our services and grow with us.

  • Focus on early childhood. You'll specialize in working with our youngest clients, making a profound difference in their developmental stages.

  • Fully remote. We've created a structure that allows you to work from anywhere while still being a crucial part of our team and a positive force in our clients' lives.

Your responsibilities

You will be an integral part of our team, helping us provide exceptional care to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and FBA.

  • Developing individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.

  • Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

  • Working with families to ensure skills generalize outside the clinic.

  • Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

  • Participating in team meetings and professional development.
