Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for more than a run-of-the-mill corporate clinic? BCBA Responsibilities
Work under Clinical Director’s supervision
Train and supervise RBTs per BACB standards
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based ABA practices
Lead weekly parent training and document progress
Maintain accurate records, SOAP notes, and insurance documentation
Manage billable hours and weekly supervision schedules
Analyze client progress and update programs
Attend team meetings, quarterly in-services, and maintain certifications

Who We’re Looking For
A BCBA who brings:
A strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine love for working with individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities

Requirements
Masters Degree in Behavior Related Field
BCBA certification In good standing with the BACB
Experience with Clinical supervision and treatment
