Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for more than a run-of-the-mill corporate clinic? At True North Therapies PLLC, we’re building something special — and we want you to be part of it. Founded in 2024 and opening in March 2025, our BCBA and Veteran-Owned practice is rooted in heart, integrity, and purpose. Located in South Fort Worth, we’re here to serve our community with compassion, excellence, and a deep commitment to growth — for our clients and our team. 


BCBA Responsibilities 


  • Work under Clinical Director’s supervision 

  • Train and supervise RBTs per BACB standards 

  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment 

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans 

  • Implement evidence-based ABA practices 

  • Lead weekly parent training and document progress 

  • Maintain accurate records, SOAP notes, and insurance documentation 

  • Manage billable hours and weekly supervision schedules 

  • Analyze client progress and update programs 

  • Attend team meetings, quarterly in-services, and maintain certifications

A BCBA who brings: 


  • A strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • A genuine love for working with individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Behavior Related Field

  • BCBA certification In good standing with the BACB

  • Experience with Clinical supervision and treatment
