Job Summary
Full Time Role - Center based position for young learners ages 2 - 6, 1 home based client
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our small, locally owned, BCBA driven team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with young children. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based behavioral therapy strategies to enhance the quality of life for our clients. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will be essential in providing effective interventions and support.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and goals.
Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Monitor and analyze data collection to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and techniques.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy.
Compensation & Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
