Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Where do applicants submit their applications?
During the checkout process, you will provide details, including where to direct applicants. You can have them apply via email, on your website, LinkedIn, or on another job board.
2. Do you offer any guarantees?
There are many factors that impact the flow of qualified applicants. This job board is intended to increase visibility into your job openings. However, we do not offer any specific guarantees on the number of applications or quality of applicants that you receive. See this blog for ideas on how to craft your job posting to attract top talent.
3. What positions can I post?
You can share any jobs related to the ABA field, including, but not limited to:
Non-certified mid-level supervisors (e.g. Case Manager, Senior Therapist)
Administrative positions for an ABA practice (e.g., scheduler, recruiter, HR)
4. Can I edit or delete a job posting?
Job posts remain active for 60 days. If you would like to delete a listing prior to the 60 day expiration or if you need to make edits to your posting, email ashleigh@evansbehavioralservices.com for support.
5. Are there limitations to the location of jobs that can be shared?
No, you can post your job listings for any location across the U.S. or internationally. However, please be advised that the vast majority of traffic to the ABA Resource Center Job Board comes from those throughout the United States.
6. Can I post 1099 independent contractor positions?
Because it is illegal to hire RBTs as independent contractors in the US, all RBT positions posted on the job board MUST be W2 employee roles. Posting BCBA independent contractor roles is permitted, though it is strongly encouraged to comprehensively review the Six Factor Economic Reality Test to ensure your BCBA position qualifies for contractor status. Misclassification of BCBAs is common and we urge you to avoid posting contractor positions that would result in misclassification.
7. Is there a limit to the number of jobs I can post?
No, there is no maximum number of job posts. You're welcome to post as few or as many positions as you'd like.
