We are looking for a Program Manager and Direct Support Staff at our residential home in Holden. The Program Manager oversees the administration of the program- providing leadership, supervision, guidance, and clinical support. The Direct Support Staff provide ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling directly to individuals served in a residential setting. Direct Support staff ensure the program is a welcoming, comfortable and safe environment.
We are looking for someone who has two to five years of program experience, has worked in a clinical setting, willingness to learn, and familiarity with state human service systems and related treatment philosophy.

The Developmental Services Residential Program Manager will:
Offer assistance and supervision to staff members and clients to ensure the success and development of the residential program.
Manage administrative processes and requirements in consultation with the Administrative Director.
Develop and monitor scheduling of staff across the program to ensure economy and program coverage.
Interpret and monitor program budgets.
Conduct staff meetings.
Supervise and evaluate assigned staff.
Assist individuals with obtaining all services and entitlements for which they qualify, to include, housing, inspections, insurance benefits.
Maintain exemplary communication and relationships with outside agencies.
Complete investigations and reviews as requested. -Develop and monitor creative and interesting community centered opportunities for all individuals.
Audit individual financial records/case records/and medications on a regular basis.
Complete business reports, to include petty cash, census, payroll report.
Monitor all staff training, including core trainings, development trainings and program specific trainings.
Must be able to travel between programs, office, trainings, and department meetings.
Perform physical intervention in the event of a crisis.
The Direct Support Staff will:
Support individuals in daily activities inside their home and in the community by promoting self-advocacy, decision-making and empowerment.
Provide guidance and role modeling as appropriate.
Assist individuals with planning and implementation of daily activity schedules and routines.
Assist individuals to identify and develop person-centered goals and plans to address any concerns, wants or needs.
Encourage active participation in community events and other integrated activities.
Assist individuals with home maintenance and perform cleaning responsibilities.
Document shift notes summarizing any applicable occurrences, observations, concerns or progress.
Compensation:
Starting Rate for Direct Support Staff: $19/hour
Starting Rate for Program Manager: $48,880
Starting Rate with current RBT Certification in hand: $52,520

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent degree.
2-5 years experience working with the population preferred!
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and ability to use good judgment.
Strong computer knowledge
High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
Must hold a valid driver's license, have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients.
Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
Candidates for the Program Manager role must have:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified or must obtain RBT credentialing within 1 year of employment, or possess a master’s level clinical degree (MSW, M Ed, etc.).
Minimum 5 years working in human services, with one years’ experience in supervisory role.
