The Pediatric Place is an exceptional private pediatric clinic that offers a unique and compassionate work culture that will make you feel right at home. Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing the best therapy to treat the whole child, and we are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in our new Autism & Neurodevelopmental Center.


As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and educate parents. You'll work collaboratively with our team of occupational therapists (OT), physical therapists (PT), speech therapists (ST), counselors, and dietitians to provide superior ABA programs. What's more, you'll be able to use your creativity to build programs that address the unique needs of our patients, such as sensory-friendly haircuts, feeding programs, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), social language groups, sensory garden, bike riding day, and more.


The Pediatric Place offers a highly competitive compensation package that includes a sign-on bonus of $5,000, a relocation bonus, and a salary package of $80,000-$90,000. The total compensation package is negotiable based on experience, and it includes health insurance, retirement, and a continuing education unit (CEU) stipend.
