About the Role
The Behavior Consultant develops, delivers, and monitors individualized applied behavior analytic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. The goal of our program is to improve the quality of life for each individual and their family members. Behavior Consultants are responsible for the performance of registered behavior technicians (RBTs) and the facilitation of skill generalization by training parents and other caretakers.

Requirements
Currently holds BCBA certification
Excellent communication skills
Must pass a criminal background check, reference checks, provide a negative TB test, provide immunization records, and education verification.
Must have reliable means of transportation
