About the Role

The QBMP provides behavior analytic support to Enhanced Behavior Support Homes and Community Crisis Homes.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments

  • Create Behavior Plans

  • Create emergency plans

  • Provide training to all facility/home support staff that include

  • Initial behavior plan training

  • On-going behavior plan training

  • Quality assurance and interobserver agreement measures

  • Monitor data and progress and adjust all goals and plans as necessary based on the data shown

  • Participate in all required meetings

  • Where appropriate and necessary, travel to facilities to conduct direct observations, interviews, etc.

  • Perform other duties assigned


SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:


  • Fluent in general use of Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

  • Fluent in general use of cell phones and applications (e.g., Google Voice, Telegram)

  • Competent in the use and command of the English language

  • Experienced in speaking and presenting oneself professionally to a variety of people, disciplines, and personalities.

  • Proficient in communication across different modalities (e.g., email, phone, message) that is attentive and prompt

  • Open to feedback, proactive in task completion, enthusiastic and humbled to continuously learn regardless of experience.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology or related field

  • Certificate in ABA through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

  • At least 2 years holding certification

  • At least 2 years' experience in designing, supervising, and implementing behavior management services

  • Experience with individuals of all ages and various developmental disabilities and mental illness preferred
