About the Role
The QBMP provides behavior analytic support to Enhanced Behavior Support Homes and Community Crisis Homes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
Create Behavior Plans
Create emergency plans
Provide training to all facility/home support staff that include
Initial behavior plan training
On-going behavior plan training
Quality assurance and interobserver agreement measures
Monitor data and progress and adjust all goals and plans as necessary based on the data shown
Participate in all required meetings
Where appropriate and necessary, travel to facilities to conduct direct observations, interviews, etc.
Perform other duties assigned
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Fluent in general use of Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Fluent in general use of cell phones and applications (e.g., Google Voice, Telegram)
Competent in the use and command of the English language
Experienced in speaking and presenting oneself professionally to a variety of people, disciplines, and personalities.
Proficient in communication across different modalities (e.g., email, phone, message) that is attentive and prompt
Open to feedback, proactive in task completion, enthusiastic and humbled to continuously learn regardless of experience.

Requirements
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology or related field
Certificate in ABA through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
At least 2 years holding certification
At least 2 years' experience in designing, supervising, and implementing behavior management services
Experience with individuals of all ages and various developmental disabilities and mental illness preferred
