We are looking for a BCBA for our Valdosta, Georgia clinic.

The Clinic Director is an exempt leadership role responsible for the clinical case management and quality of all client programs within the center. This position works collaboratively with the Area Director to ensure all clinical staff are well-supported so that clients and their families receive the highest quality treatment 


Responsibilities:


  • Provide Assessments and reassessments. 

  • Parent trainings 

  • Supervise cases and assist in case assignments in person or telehealth. Small caseloads leaving adequate time for administrative/management duties. 

  • 1:1 Direct with when needed 

  • Work side by side with other Area Clinical Directors making sure clinical standards are upheld. 

  • Provide clinical consultation to staff, school professionals, and parents/guardians 

  • Oversee the implementation of therapy programs to ensure best clinical practices are being implemented. 

  • Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain appropriate caseload to facilitate overall clinic growth and staff morale/welfare.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification in good standing

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Must be able to make quick decisions for the benefit of the company

  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
