BCBA/Supervisor—Los Angeles/East LA, California
We are currently looking for a part time/ full time BCBA Case Supervisor who can work in the San Fernando and Valley areas.
We are looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications:
Must have an active BCBA certification
Must be willing to visit clients within 10-15 miles of your residence ( at least 3 afternoon evenings 3-7 a week)
Demonstrate a passion for and commitment to working in this field.
Possess a strong work ethic and professional demeanor
Are willing and able to take initiative and go beyond the minimum requirements.
Are confident, assertive, energetic, and engaging.
Are insightful, creative, and empathetic.
Can problem-solve difficult situations in the moment.
Are comfortable working with families and children presented with a wide range of challenges and needs.
Can work well independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary or hourly rate based on experience which will be determined at the time of interview; $55- 75 an hour based on experience

Candidates will be required to pass a Live-Scan fingerprinting and obtain TB clearance.
Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Active MFT License ( optional)
Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, sociology, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities (including the autism spectrum disorders with challenging behaviors)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in leadership or supervisory position is preferred
Can demonstrate ability to work independently, be organized and detail- oriented, and meet deadlines
