About the Role

Reliatus Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Westfield, MA. The BCBA will work closely with clients, families, and our team of professionals to assess, design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans that lead to meaningful changes in clients’ lives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact on clients while working within a supportive, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities


- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Implement and monitor behavior intervention programs with a focus on measurable outcomes

- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff

- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to clients’ families

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed treatment decisions

- Collaborate with other professionals and community members involved in clients’ care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

- Ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines and state regulations

Requirements

NOTE: Will consider those preparing to test for BCBA certification in the near future!


- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a clinical or educational setting

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Commitment to ethical practice and professionalism
