About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team. The BCBA will oversee behavioral assessment and treatment programs, collaborate with families and staff, and ensure the highest quality of care for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
Education:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Certification:
Current certification as a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
Experience:
Minimum 1 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or related conditions.
Skills:
Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
