Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with $500 Sign-On Bonus! (Rewarded after 90 days with two assigned cases)

***This is an hourly W2 position and pay is $85-$100 per hour ***

Serving Baltimore, MD area and surrounding cities.

***Candidate must live within a reasonable driving distance from Baltimore, MD as some in person services are required and airfare expenses are not included.***

What We Are Looking For: We are currently looking to add several BCBAs to our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, ongoing RBT supervision, parent training and other ABA-related tasks. A qualified BCBA must have at least 6 months of experience and be proficient at behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies as well as possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Responsibilities and Duties


Job responsibilities:


  • Complete initial assessments and reassessments, develop individualized treatment plans

  • Complete clinical documentation

  • Review treatment data and make appropriate modifications as needed

  • Provide supervision to RBTs

  • Deliver parent training session to client caregivers

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Hybrid model: assessment and first few supervisions are done in person, with some options for telehealth after case is established

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

  • Active BCBA Certification with at least 6 months experience

  • Competency working with both behavior reduction and skill acquisition

  • Experience with children and/or adolescents with Autism

  • Experience providing supervision to RBTs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Reliable transportation

  • Must pass a criminal background check
