Requirements
Master’s degree in ABA or related field
Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Extensive knowledge of ABA for our client base (diagnosis and age)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Extensive knowledge of data analysis
Ability to conduct assessments using ABLLS or VB-MAPP
Extensive knowledge of client programming
Ability to lead and supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians
