ABA Director/BCBA—Houston, Texas


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Director who is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. The ABA Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral services to our clients, managing a team of ABA therapists and clinicians, and contributing to the strategic development of our ABA programs.


Location

This role requires travel between multiple locations in Houston, Texas


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for overall and development of ABA center

  • Conducts assessments of clients diagnosed with Autism

  • Produces assessment report to include a recommendation for treatment, supervision hours, and parent training

  • Selects and delivers appropriate interventions to clients experiencing gaps in care

  • Observes and assesses client skills and progress

  • Maintains professional relationships with stakeholders, staff, and employees

  • Provides best practice of ABA services

  • Maintains compliance with BACB

  • Remains compliant with HIPAA and policies and procedures

  • Scheduling of patient sessions

  • Supervise RBTs/BTs and support BCBAs

Requirements

  • BCBA with at least two year of experience

  • Valid and active Behavior Analyst State License

  • Valid and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst License through the BACB

  • Completed supervision certification

  • Experience with pediatric patients diagnosed with Autism and developmental disorders

  • CPR certification
